Business activity: operation of the online platform StuntsCasting.com for stunt casting — connecting stunt professionals with audiovisual productions worldwide — and provision of related services, including paid profile visibility plans.
2. Purpose
The website www.stuntscasting.com (the "Website") provides an online casting platform that connects qualified action/stunt professionals (performers, coordinators, precision drivers and related specialists) with film, television and commercial productions. The Website also allows users to submit casting applications and, optionally, to contract paid visibility plans for their profiles (Featured, Featured Plus and Spotlight), as described in the Terms of Use.
3. Terms of Use and Intellectual Property
Access to and use of the Website implies acceptance of our
Terms of Use,
Privacy Policy and
Cookie Policy. All content of the Website (design, graphics, texts, logos, software, databases) is the exclusive property of La Gondola Rossa Group S.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws; its reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Users submitting photos, videos or documents retain their ownership and grant StuntsCasting.com the limited licence described in the Terms of Use. The Website does not guarantee that any applicant will be selected or employed by a production.
4. Liability
La Gondola Rossa Group S.L. (StuntsCasting.com) does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Website, and is not liable for damages arising from interruptions, computer viruses, third-party content, or casting/employment decisions made by productions. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Use.
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
The paid visibility plans are governed by Sections 8 and 9 of the
Terms of Use. Prices are always displayed on the Website in euros, VAT included where applicable. Payments are processed through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. by means of a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled, as detailed in the Terms of Use, which also regulate the right of withdrawal (14 calendar days) for consumers.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular LSSI-CE 34/2002, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and, where applicable, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consumers and Users). For any dispute, the courts of Valencia (Spain) shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory statutory protection of consumers.
