  • Communication data: Messages sent via the contact form.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

  • Processing casting applications — Legitimate interest / performance of contract.
  • Communicating with candidates — Legitimate interest / consent.
  • Sharing profiles with production companies — Consent (given at application time).
  • Website analytics and security — Legitimate interest.
  • Legal compliance — Legal obligation.

4. Data Retention

Casting applications and associated files are retained for 24 months from submission. Contact form messages are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Data Sharing

We may share your profile data with production companies and casting directors who are our clients, solely for the purpose of considering you for stunt roles. We do not sell your data. We use Cloudflare for security services, which may process technical data under their own Privacy Policy.

6. International Transfers

Our servers are located within the European Union. If data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
