StuntsCasting.com is a professional stunt casting platform designed to connect qualified stunt performers, coordinators, and specialists with film, television, and commercial productions worldwide. Our services include:

• An online casting application for stunt professionals.
• A searchable database of stunt talent profiles shared with verified production clients.
• Communication channels between performers and our casting team.

We do not guarantee casting placement or employment. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between talent and productions.

To submit a casting application or use our platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a real, working stunt professional — including stunt performers, stunt coordinators, stunt riggers, precision drivers, or related specialists.
• Provide truthful and accurate information about your identity, skills, and experience.
• Have the legal right to work in the country or countries indicated in your profile.

We reserve the right to remove any profile that does not meet these eligibility requirements.

When submitting your casting application, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will not create fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles.
• You own all rights to any photos, videos, documents, or other media you upload, or you have obtained all necessary permissions to share them.
• You grant StuntsCasting.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and share your submitted content with production companies and casting directors who are our verified clients, solely for casting purposes.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your application.

Platform content: All design, graphics, text, logos, software, and other content on StuntsCasting.com — excluding user-submitted content — is the exclusive property of StuntsCasting.com International and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Your uploaded content: You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, CVs, and other materials you upload. By submitting them, you grant us the limited licence described in Section 4 above. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• StuntsCasting.com does not guarantee that any applicant will be selected for a stunt role or contacted by a production.
• We are not liable for any casting decisions made by production companies or casting directors.
• We are not responsible for any employment terms, contracts, conditions, injuries, or disputes arising from engagements between talent and productions.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

You agree not to use StuntsCasting.com to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information or impersonate another person or entity.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or promotional content to other users or to our team.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' data.
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website or its infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
