Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or using StuntsCasting.com in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

StuntsCasting.com is a professional stunt casting platform designed to connect qualified stunt performers, coordinators, and specialists with film, television, and commercial productions worldwide. Our services include:

• An online casting application for stunt professionals.
• A searchable database of stunt talent profiles shared with verified production clients.
• Communication channels between performers and our casting team.

We do not guarantee casting placement or employment. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between talent and productions.

To submit a casting application or use our platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a real, working stunt professional — including stunt performers, stunt coordinators, stunt riggers, precision drivers, or related specialists.
• Provide truthful and accurate information about your identity, skills, and experience.
• Have the legal right to work in the country or countries indicated in your profile.

We reserve the right to remove any profile that does not meet these eligibility requirements.

When submitting your casting application, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will not create fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles.
• You own all rights to any photos, videos, documents, or other media you upload, or you have obtained all necessary permissions to share them.
• You grant StuntsCasting.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and share your submitted content with production companies and casting directors who are our verified clients, solely for casting purposes.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your application.

Platform content: All design, graphics, text, logos, software, and other content on StuntsCasting.com — excluding user-submitted content — is the exclusive property of La Gondola Rossa Group S.L. (StuntsCasting.com) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Your uploaded content: You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, CVs, and other materials you upload. By submitting them, you grant us the limited licence described in Section 4 above. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• StuntsCasting.com does not guarantee that any applicant will be selected for a stunt role or contacted by a production.
• We are not liable for any casting decisions made by production companies or casting directors.
• We are not responsible for any employment terms, contracts, conditions, injuries, or disputes arising from engagements between talent and productions.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

You agree not to use StuntsCasting.com to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information or impersonate another person or entity.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or promotional content to other users or to our team.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' data.
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website or its infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

StuntsCasting allows performers to upload profile photos, videos, and biographical text. By using our platform you agree that:

• There is zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behaviour, harassment, hate speech, nudity, violence, or illegal material.
• All uploaded content is reviewed by our team before public display on the roster.
• Users may report objectionable profiles directly in the mobile app.
• Users may block performers they find abusive; blocked profiles are hidden immediately in the app.
• We review all reports within 24 hours and remove offending content and suspend offending accounts where appropriate.
• To report abuse, contact request@stuntscasting.com.

Paid visibility plans for your profile (Featured, Featured Plus and Spotlight) can be activated from My Desk. Payment is processed by PayPal through a recurring subscription.

• Prices: current prices are always shown on the website, in euros and including VAT where applicable.
• Term and renewal: plans are offered on monthly or yearly cycles and renew automatically until you cancel, at the price applicable at each renewal (including any promotion indicated when you subscribed).
• Cancellation: you can cancel the renewal at any time from My Desk or your PayPal account. Cancellation prevents future charges; the visibility you already paid for remains active until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are given for unused portions of a paid period, except as required by law.
• Nature of the service: plans only increase the visibility of your profile and do not guarantee selection, contact or employment by productions.
• Right of withdrawal: if you act as a consumer, the withdrawal right described in Section 9 applies.

If you act as a consumer (an individual contracting outside your trade, business or profession) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

For digital services such as those offered on this platform, if you expressly request that the service starts immediately and acknowledge that, once performance has begun, you lose your right of withdrawal, that right does not apply once the service has started, in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

Where the withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it by writing to us at request@stuntscasting.com, for example using the following statement: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my subscription contract with StuntsCasting.com." You may also cancel the automatic renewal at any time from My Desk or your PayPal account, free of charge, with effect at the end of the current period. If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used.
